Precise Control

Bella Products' patented linear control valve precisely controls the vacuum pressure and crystal flow. The operator can control the vacuum setting "on the fly". The Belladerma's Treatment Gauge readings are taken from the pressure that exists at the point of abrasion, resulting in precisely reproducible treatment regimens.

90° Handset

A 90° handset angle is the only way to insure all of the kinetic energy of the particle stream is used to produce the abrasion. This, in turn, will result in an even and reproducible abrasion patterns. The Bellamed's handset weighs just 3.2 ounces, is ergonomically designed, and is made from hardened aluminum to be durable and autoclavable for sanitary reasons

Closed Loop System

A Closed Loop System, in microdermabrasion, is one where the total path of the crystal flow abrasion and the evacuation of waste product is uninterrupted. The Belladerma is a Closed Loop System, but Bella also incorporates anti-viral filters that cleans all of the incoming air of the system down to .01 microns (20x smaller than the smallest bacteria or viral). This ensures a safe, clean air procedure when used in accordance with Bella Products training system.

In Office Training

When you purchase a Bella Products microdermabrasion machine, a Bella Products Certified Trainer/Representative will be scheduled to perform a training class in your office for anyone who you authorize as an operator. This training typically takes 3-4 hours, and covers the care and use of the machine, skin physiology and general microdermabrasion techniques.
